Obituary of Tracy Lee Marlow

Tracy “Trey” Marlow passed away on February 17, 2023 at the age of 52 in hospice care. His battle with Sarcoidosis showed his courage in facing life challenges with a smile.Trey came out a hero and stayed strong until the end despite the pain he endured daily.

 

Trey was a proud union ironworker for 15 years. He started his career at Local 444 in Joliet, Illinois and finished his career at Local 24 in Denver, Colorado.

 

Trey could best be described as a hard working, fierce loving man. He was wise beyond his years and lived life to the fullest even when the pain was unbearable. Trey never walked away from a challenge and would attack it head on. Even on his hardest days, he made time to talk to friends about their problems and provide wisdom and guidance. He was truly selfless.

 

Trey is survived by his wife Alyssa Marlow and their children Ryan (Ashley) Marlow and Morgan Marlow. He was a proud grandfather of Grey, Ellis, Nora and Harlow. Son of Sandy Yunker and stepfather Larry Yunker. Brother of Josh Marlow and Jennifer Marlow. Uncle to Cecelia, Cash, and Mckenzie Marlow. He is also survived by his special Uncle Norman (Jolene) Marlow, Terry (Jill) Johnson and numerous cousins.

 

There will be a celebration of life on Saturday, March 18, 2023 from 1-3pm at Grace Place Church in Berthoud, Colorado. The family would like to thank the staff at TRU Community Care for providing Trey with exceptional care for the past year.
